Description of Kubera’s Assembly Hall
नलिन्याश्वालकाख्याया नन्दनस्य वनस्य च । शीतो हृदयसंह्नवादी वायुस्तमुपसेवते,(अपने पास आये हुए याचककी प्रत्येक इच्छा पूर्ण करनेमें अत्यन्त) उदार मन्दार वृक्षोंक वनोंको आन्दोलित करता तथा सौगन्धिक कानन, अलका नामक पुष्करिणी और नन््दन वनकी सुगन्धका भार वहन करता हुआ हृदयको आनन्द प्रदान करनेवाला गन्धवाही शीतल समीर उस सभामें कुबेरकी सेवा करता है
nalinyāśvālākākhyāyā nandanasyā vanasya ca | śīto hṛdayasaṃhlādī vāyus tam upasevate ||
Dijo Nārada: «Un viento fresco, que deleita el corazón, lo atiende (a Kubera). Cargando el peso del perfume del bosque Saugaṇdhika, del lago llamado Alakā y del bosque de Nandana, mece suavemente los generosos mandāra—como quien cumple todo deseo del que llega a pedir—y así sirve a Kubera en aquel salón espléndido.»
