Vaiśravaṇa-sabhā-varṇanam
Description of Kubera’s Assembly Hall
इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत सभापववके अन्तर्गत लोकपालयभाख्यानपर्वमें वरुणस भा- वर्णनविषयक नवाँ अध्याय प्रा हुआ ॥/ ९ ॥। (दाक्षिणात्य अधिक पाठके ४ श्लोक मिलाकर कुल ३४ श्लोक हैं) पम्प बछ। अकाल दशमो<ध्याय: कुबेरकी सभाका वर्णन नारद उवाच सभा वैश्रवणी राजज्छतयोजनमायता । विस्तीर्णा सप्ततिश्चैव योजनानि सितप्रभा,नारदजी कहते हैं--राजन्! कुबेरकी सभा सौ योजन लंबी और सत्तर योजन चौड़ी है, वह अत्यन्त श्वैतप्रभासे युक्त है
nārada uvāca | sabhā vaiśravaṇī rājan śatayojanamāyatā | vistīrṇā saptatiś caiva yojanāni sitaprabhā ||
Dijo Nārada: “Oh rey, el salón de asamblea de Vaiśravaṇa (Kubera) se extiende cien yojanas de largo y setenta yojanas de ancho, resplandeciente con una fulgurante blancura.” Esta descripción enmarca la soberanía divina como ordenada, medida y luminosa, sugiriendo que el señorío legítimo se distingue por un esplendor asentado en la estructura y no en el caos.
