सिद्धि प्राप्तोडसि परमां यथा नान्य: पुमान् क्वचित् | नैव ते भ्रातर: स्थान सम्प्राप्ता: कुरुनन्दन
siddhiṁ prāpto ’si paramāṁ yathā nānyaḥ pumān kvacit | naiva te bhrātaraḥ sthānaṁ samprāptāḥ kurunandana ||
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: «Oh deleite de los Kurus, has alcanzado la consumación suprema, tal como ningún otro hombre la ha alcanzado jamás en parte alguna. Pero tus hermanos no llegaron a ese mismo estado.»
