निहतः सैन्धवो राजा त्वयास्त्रबलतेजसा । “तुमने अपने अस्त्रोंके बल और तेजसे शूरवीर राजाओंका वध करके दुर्योधनकी विशाल सेनाको रोककर सिन्धुराज जयद्रथको मार गिराया

Transliteration

nihataḥ saindhavo rājā tvayāstrabalatejasā |

Translation

Sañjaya dijo: Por la fuerza y el fulgor de tus armas, el rey de Sindhu—Jayadratha—ha sido abatido por ti. La afirmación subraya cómo la destreza marcial, dirigida con resolución inquebrantable, puede quebrar incluso a un vasto ejército enemigo; pero también carga con el peso ético de la guerra, donde la victoria se compra con la caída de reyes renombrados.
