Arjuna Breaks the Encirclement; Bhīma Reinforces
तीक्ष्णैरग्निरविप्रख्यैर्नाराचैर्द शभिहत: । “देखो, भीमसेनने गरजते हुए निषादपुत्रकी तोमरसहित दोनों भुजाओंको काट दिया और अग्नि एवं सूर्यके समान तेजस्वी दस तीखे नाराचोंद्वारा उसे मार डाला

tīkṣṇair agnir-aviprakhyair nārācair daśabhir hataḥ |
Dijo Sañjaya: Fue abatido por diez flechas nārāca, afiladas como navajas, llameantes como el fuego y de fulgor inconfundible. En el fragor de la batalla, Bhīmasena—rugiendo—cercenó ambos brazos del hijo del Niṣāda junto con su tomara, y luego lo remató con aquellos dardos ardientes, semejantes al sol.
