Arjuna Breaks the Encirclement; Bhīma Reinforces
आर्या युद्धे मतिं कृत्वा प्रत्येहि रथयूथपम् । पज्च होतानि मुख्यानि रथानां रथसत्तम
sañjaya uvāca |
āryā yuddhe matiṁ kṛtvā praty ehi rathayūthapam |
pañca-śatāni mukhyāni rathānāṁ rathasattama |
abhisaṁhatya kaunteya padātiprayutāni ca ||
Dijo Sañjaya: «Con una noble determinación puesta en la guerra, avanza contra Karṇa, caudillo de la hueste de carros. Oh el mejor de los guerreros de carro, mira: quinientos combatientes de carro, los más eminentes, se acercan —poderosos y radiantes— formados en apretada ordenación, oh hijo de Kuntī, y con ellos vienen también grandes masas de infantería.»
