कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
स्थाणुरुवाच यदि शक्तिर्न वः काचिद् बिभर्तु मामकं॑ बलम् | अहमेतान् हनिष्यामि युष्मत्तेजो<र्धबृंहित:
sthāṇur uvāca yadi śaktir na vaḥ kācid bibhartu māmakaṃ balam | aham etān haniṣyāmi yuṣmat-tejo'rdha-bṛṃhitaḥ ||
Sthāṇu (Śiva) dijo: «Oh huestes divinas: si ninguno de vosotros tiene la capacidad de sostener mi poder, entonces yo mismo—fortalecido por la mitad de vuestro resplandor colectivo—daré muerte a estos Daityas».
