भीष्मस्य मध्याह्नयुद्धवर्णनम् / Mid-day Battle Description: Bhīṣma Engaged by the Pāñcālas
परस्परं समासाद्य तव तेषां च संयुगे । भारत! इस प्रकार आपकी और पाण्डवोंकी वे दोनों विशाल सेनाएँ एक-दूसरीसे भिड़कर युद्धस्थलमें रौंदी जा रही थी
parasparaṁ samāsādya tava teṣāṁ ca saṁyuge | bhārata! |
Sañjaya dijo: «¡Oh Bhārata (Dhṛtarāṣṭra)! Al trabarse en combate—tus fuerzas y las de ellos—los dos vastos ejércitos quedaron enlazados en asalto mutuo, pisoteando y siendo pisoteados en el campo.»
