निष्पेतुर्विमला: शकक््त्यस्तैलधौता: सुतेजना: । अम्बुदेभ्यो यथा राजन् भ्राजमाना: शतदह्नदा:,राजन्! तेलकी धोयी चमचमाती हुई तीखी शक्तियाँ बादलोंसे गिरनेवाली कान्तिमती बिजलियोंके समान सब ओर गिर रही थीं
niṣpetur vimalāḥ śaktyas tailadhautāḥ sutejanāḥ | ambudebhyo yathā rājan bhrājamānāḥ śatadahnadaḥ ||
Dijo Sañjaya: ¡Oh Rey! Lanzas inmaculadas, bruñidas con aceite y fulgurantes por su aguda brillantez, salieron disparadas y cayeron por doquier, centelleando como el rayo que estalla desde las nubes.
संजय उवाच
