भीष्मस्य भीमसेन-निरोधः

भुड्क्ष्वेमां पृथिवीं राजन् भ्रातृभि: सहित: सुखी । दुर्हदस्तापयन् सर्वान् नन्दयंश्वापि बान्धवान्,राजन! तुम अपने सभी शत्रुओंको संताप और बन्धु-बान्धवोंको आनन्द प्रदान करते हुए भाइयोंके साथ मिलकर सुखी रहो और इस पृथ्वीका राज्य भोगो
bhuṅkṣvemāṃ pṛthivīṃ rājan bhrātṛbhiḥ sahitaḥ sukhī | durhṛdastāpayan sarvān nandayaṃś cāpi bāndhavān ||
Oh rey, goza y gobierna esta tierra, viviendo feliz junto a tus hermanos: aflige a todos los enemigos hostiles y alegra a tus parientes y aliados.
