तदनन्तरमेवासीन्नीलो नीलायुथै: सह । नीलादनन्तरश्वैव धृष्टकेतुर्महाबल:,उनके बाद नील आयुधधारी सैनिकोंके साथ राजा नील और नीलके बाद महाबली धृष्टकेतु खड़े हुए
tadanantaram evāsīn nīlo nīlāyudhaiḥ saha | nīlād anantaraś caiva dhṛṣṭaketūr mahābalaḥ ||
Sañjaya informa que, inmediatamente después, el rey Nīla ocupó su puesto, acompañado por tropas que portaban armas de tono azulado; y tras Nīla se mantuvo en pie también el poderoso Dhṛṣṭaketu, listo para el combate. El verso prosigue el recuento ordenado de los guerreros, subrayando la disciplina y la firme preparación con que los ejércitos se disponen para la batalla venidera.
संजय उवाच
The verse highlights disciplined sequencing and readiness in a collective endeavor: leaders take their appointed places with their forces, reflecting order, responsibility, and resolve—qualities expected in kṣatriya conduct on the battlefield.
Sañjaya continues describing the arrangement of warriors: after the preceding fighters, King Nīla stands with his contingent, and immediately after him the powerful Dhṛṣṭaketu takes position, indicating the ongoing mustering of troops before battle.
