Rajo-dhūli-saṃmūḍha-saṅgrāmaḥ
The Dust-Obscured Battle and Mutual Charges
पुरा चैवापराधेन वधेन च चमूपते: । मन्ये मन: प्रजज्वाल पाण्डवानां महात्मनाम्,पहले भी कौरवोंद्वारा पाण्डवोंका अपराध हुआ है; उससे तथा सेनापतिके वधसे महामना पाण्डवोंके हृदयमें आग-सी लग गयी होगी, यह मेरा विश्वास है
purā caivāparādhena vadhena ca camūpateḥ | manye manaḥ prajajvāla pāṇḍavānāṁ mahātmanām ||
Dijo Dhṛtarāṣṭra: «Ya antes, por las injusticias cometidas contra ellos—y ahora, por la muerte de su comandante—creo que los corazones de los magnánimos Pāṇḍavas han sido encendidos como fuego. Su ira, nacida de la ofensa y la iniquidad, debe arder ahora con furia.»
