तेन तेन सम दृश्यन्ते धावमाना: समन्तत: । इस प्रकार उस समरांगणमें रथहीन हुए सभी वीर भिन्न-भिन्न मार्गोंसे सब ओर दौड़ते दिखायी देते थे

tena tena sama dṛśyante dhāvamānāḥ samantataḥ |

Dijo Sañjaya: Así, en aquel campo de batalla, los héroes que habían perdido sus carros se veían correr por todas partes, por distintos caminos—dispersos y desordenados en medio del fragor.
