द्रोण उवाच ध्रुवस्ते विजयो राजन्‌ यस्य मन्त्री हरिस्तव । अहं त्वामभिजानामि रणे शत्रून्‌ विमोक्ष्यसे,द्रोणाचार्यने कहा--राजन्‌! तुम्हारी विजय तो निश्चित है; क्योंकि साक्षात्‌ भगवान्‌ श्रीकृष्ण तुम्हारे मन्त्री हैं। मैं तुम्हें आज्ञा देता हूँ, तुम युद्धमें शत्रुओंको उनके प्राणोंसे विमुक्त कर दोगे

Transliteration

droṇa uvāca | dhruvas te vijayo rājan yasya mantrī haris tava | ahaṃ tvām abhijānāmi raṇe śatrūn vimokṣyase |

Translation

Droṇa dijo: «Oh rey, tu victoria es segura, pues Hari (Śrī Kṛṣṇa) mismo es tu consejero. Conozco tu verdadero temple; en la batalla liberarás a tus enemigos de la vida.»
