Arjuna dijo: (Este verso funciona como marcador de interlocutor, introduciendo la respuesta de Arjuna en el diálogo.) En el marco ético y narrativo del Bhīṣma Parva—al borde de la guerra—las palabras de Arjuna señalan el paso de escuchar a preguntar y reflexionar moralmente, al acoger la enseñanza de Kṛṣṇa para disipar la duda sobre el deber, la acción correcta y el camino hacia la firmeza interior en medio del conflicto.

This line itself does not state a doctrine; it functions as a formal cue that Arjuna is about to speak. Its value is structural: it marks the transition to Arjuna’s inquiry or response, which frames the ethical problem (dharma in crisis) and invites clarification from Kṛṣṇa.
Within Bhīṣma Parva’s battlefield dialogue, the narration signals that Arjuna now takes the role of speaker. After hearing instruction, he responds—typically by asking, doubting, or seeking a more precise understanding—so the teaching can proceed through question and answer.
