न चक्कुस्ते रुजं तस्य स्वर्णपड्खा: शिलाशिता: । महारथी शिखण्डीने जिन महान् बाणोंका प्रयोग किया था
sañjaya uvāca | na cākkuṣṭe rujaṃ tasya svarṇapakṣāḥ śilāśitāḥ |
Dijo Sañjaya: Y, sin embargo, aquellas flechas suyas—de alas doradas y afiladas sobre piedra—no pudieron causar herida ni dolor alguno en el cuerpo de Bhīṣma.
