एतावदेव शक्यं तु तत्र द्वीपे प्रभाषितुम् । एतदेव च श्रोतव्यं शाकद्वीपे महौजसि,महाराज! उस महान् तेजोमय शाकद्वीपके सम्बन्धमें इतना ही कहा जा सकता है और इतना ही सुनना चाहिये
etāvad eva śakyaṃ tu tatra dvīpe prabhāṣitum | etad eva ca śrotavyaṃ śākadvīpe mahaujasi, mahārāja |
Sañjaya dijo: «Oh rey, acerca del poderoso y radiante Śākadvīpa, sólo esto puede decirse. Y sólo esto debe oírse sobre él.»
