भीमसेनस्य बहुमहारथसंयुगः

प्रतपन्तमिवादित्यं मध्यमासाद्य सेनयो: । वरान् वरान् विनिष्नन्तं पाण्डुपुत्रस्य सैनिकान्
pratapantam ivādityaṁ madhyam āsādya senayoḥ | varān varān viniṣṇantaṁ pāṇḍuputrasya sainikān |
Sañjaya dijo: Al llegar al mismo centro de ambos ejércitos, ardía como el sol en su ardor, y una y otra vez abatía a los más excelsos guerreros entre las tropas del hijo de Pāṇḍu.
