जघानात्र पिता पुत्रं पुत्रश्न पितरं तथा
jaghānātra pitā putraṃ putraś ca pitaraṃ tathā
Sañjaya dijo: Allí, un padre abatió a su propio hijo, y del mismo modo un hijo abatió a su padre: así se ve cómo, en la ceguera de la guerra, el parentesco y el afecto natural fueron arrollados por las exigencias del combate y la lealtad a la causa.
