उत्पतद्धिश्व तैस्तत्र समुद्भूतं महद् रज: । दिवाकररथं प्राप्प छादयामास भास्करम्,वहाँ घोड़ोंके उछलने-कूदनेसे जो बड़े जोरकी धूलि ऊपरको उठी, उसने मानो सूर्यके रथके समीप पहुँचकर उन्हें आच्छादित कर दिया
sañjaya uvāca | utpatadbhir aśvais tatra samudbhūtaṃ mahad rajaḥ | divākararathaṃ prāpya chādayāmāsa bhāskaram ||
Dijo Sañjaya: Cuando los caballos allí saltaban y se lanzaban, se alzó una inmensa nube de polvo. Como si alcanzara el carro del Sol, se extendió y veló el orbe radiante.
