तच्छुत्वा धर्मराजस्तु कृतं सर्वमतन्द्रित: । हृष्टरूपो5भवद् राजा सह भ्रातृभिरादृत:,सब कार्य पूरा हो गया। यह सुनकर आलस्य-रहित धर्मराज राजा युधिष्ठिर अपने भाइयोंके साथ बहुत प्रसन्न हुए
tac chrutvā dharmarājas tu kṛtaṃ sarvam atandritaḥ | hṛṣṭarūpo 'bhavad rājā saha bhrātṛbhir ādaritaḥ ||
Al oírlo, Dharmarāja Yudhiṣṭhira—libre de toda desidia—comprendió que todo se había cumplido debidamente. El rey se llenó de alegría y, junto con sus hermanos, fue honrado y tenido en alta estima; su satisfacción reflejaba el sosiego ético que nace cuando el deber se concluye sin negligencia.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights the ethical ideal of completing one’s responsibilities attentively (atandritaḥ). Joy and honor follow when duties—especially royal or ritual obligations—are fulfilled without negligence.
Vaiśampāyana narrates that after hearing the report (or announcement) that all tasks were completed, King Yudhiṣṭhira becomes visibly delighted, and he—along with his brothers—stands honored and satisfied.
