विधिवत् सततं विप्र शुचिना भृगुनन्दन । तस्माच्छेयो विधास्यामि तवैवं कुरु मा चिरम्
vidhivat satataṁ vipra śucinā bhṛgunandana | tasmāc chreyo vidhāsyāmi tavaivaṁ kuru mā ciram ||
El Caballo dijo: «Oh brāhmana, oh descendiente de Bhṛgu, me has venerado sin cesar conforme al rito, permaneciendo puro. Por ello dispondré lo mejor para ti. Haz exactamente lo que te ordeno: no te demores».
