एवं तव प्रपश्यामि श्रेयो भूगुकुलोद्वह | आगच्छतो हि ते विप्र भवेन्मृत्युर्न संशय:,भगुकुलभूषण विप्र! ऐसा करनेमें ही मैं आपकी भलाई देखता हूँ। यदि आयेंगे तो आपकी मृत्यु हो जायगी। इसमें संशय नहीं है
evaṁ tava prapaśyāmi śreyo bhṛgukulodvaha | āgacchato hi te vipra bhaven mṛtyur na saṁśayaḥ ||
Así percibo lo que en verdad es para tu bien, oh el más excelso del linaje de Bhṛgu. Pues si vienes aquí, oh brāhmaṇa, la muerte caerá sobre ti—de ello no hay duda.
