Uttanka’s Viśvarūpa Request and the ‘Uttanka Clouds’ Boon (उत्तङ्क-विष्वरूप-दर्शनम्)

भूतग्रामस्य सर्वस्य सत्रष्टा संहार एव च। मैं ही विष्णु, मैं ही ब्रह्मा और मैं ही इन्द्र हूँ। सम्पूर्ण भूतोंकी उत्पत्ति और प्रलयका कारण भी मैं ही हूँ। समस्त प्राणिसमुदायकी सृष्टि और संहार भी मेरे ही द्वारा होते हैं ।।

bhūtagrāmasya sarvasya sraṣṭā saṃhāra eva ca | mayi hi viṣṇur mayi brahmā mayi cendro 'smi sarvadā | sampūrṇabhūtānām utpattipralayakāraṇaṃ cāham eva | samastaprāṇisamudāyasya sṛṣṭisaṃhārau mayāiva bhavataḥ || adharme vartamānānāṃ sarveṣām aham acyutaḥ | yugaparivartane yugaparivartane prajāhitārthaṃ bhinnābhir yonibhiḥ praviśya dharmamaryādāṃ pratiṣṭhāpayāmi ||

Vāyu-deva declara: «Yo soy el creador de toda la hueste de los seres, y yo soy también su disolución. Yo soy Viṣṇu; yo soy Brahmā; yo soy Indra. El surgir y el extinguirse de todas las criaturas procede de mí solo; la creación y la destrucción de toda la comunidad de los vivientes acontece por mí. Para cuantos persisten en el adharma, yo soy el Señor infalible que administra el castigo sin apartarse jamás del orden justo. Cada vez que una era se vuelve, entro en diversos vientres por el bien de los seres y restablezco los límites y la autoridad del dharma.»
