अहोरात्रपरिक्षेपं शीतोष्णपरिमण्डलम्‌ | सुखदु:खान्तसंश्लेषं क्षुत्पिपासावकीलकम्‌

Transliteration

ahorātraparikṣepaṃ śītoṣṇaparimaṇḍalam | sukhaduḥkhāntasaṃśleṣaṃ kṣutpipāsāvakīlakam ||

Translation

Vāyu-deva dijo: «Esta existencia encarnada está cercada por el ciclo del día y la noche, encerrada por la alternancia del frío y el calor, atada al juntarse y separarse del placer y el dolor, y obstaculizada por los apremios del hambre y la sed.»
