धृतराष्ट्रस्य वनप्रस्थानानुज्ञा | Permission for Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Forest-Retirement
सर्वेर्भवद्धिद्रष्टव्य: समेषु विषमेषु च । ये कुरुकुलरत्न कुन्तीपुत्र राजा युधिष्ठिर आपलोगोंके पालक हैं। अच्छे और बुरे सभी समयोंमें आप सब लोग इनपर कृपादृष्टि रखें
sarvair bhavadbhir draṣṭavyaḥ sameṣu viṣameṣu ca | ye kurukularatnaḥ kuntīputro rājā yudhiṣṭhiraḥ āpālokānāṁ pālakaḥ | acche bure sabhī samayoṁ meṁ āpa sab log inpar kṛpādṛṣṭi rakheṁ |
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: «Todos vosotros debéis mantener los ojos puestos en él, tanto en tiempos favorables como en tiempos adversos. El rey Yudhiṣṭhira, hijo de Kuntī, joya del linaje de los Kuru, es el protector de todos vosotros.
