योज्यस्तुषश्टहिते राजन् नित्यं चारैरनुछित: । “नरेश्वर! न्याय करनेके कामपर तुम सदा ऐसे ही पुरुषोंको नियुक्त करना, जो विश्वासपात्र, संतोषी और हितैषी हों तथा गुप्तचरोंके द्वारा सदा उनके कार्योंपर दृष्टि रखना
Transliteration
yojyas tuṣṭaś ca hite rājan nityaṃ cārair anuśitaḥ |
Translation
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: «Oh rey, en los asuntos de impartir justicia, debes nombrar siempre a hombres dignos de confianza, sobrios y entregados al bien público; y has de vigilar su conducta de continuo por medio de tu red de espías.»
