वैशम्पायन उवाच इत्युक्त: स तु त॑ प्राह व्यासो वेदविदां वर: । युधिष्ठटिरं महातेजा: पुनरेव महाकवि:
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: ity uktaḥ sa tu taṃ prāha Vyāso vedavidāṃ varaḥ | Yudhiṣṭhiraṃ mahātejāḥ punar eva mahākaviḥ ||
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: Dicho esto, el ilustre Vyāsa—el primero entre los conocedores de los Vedas—se dirigió una vez más a Yudhiṣṭhira. El gran poeta, resplandeciente de poder espiritual, reanudó su consejo, guiando al rey hacia el sendero del recto dharma en la gravedad de aquel momento.
