Āśramāgamanam — The Pāṇḍavas Arrive at Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Hermitage

ततस्ते पर्थिवा: सर्वे भीष्मद्रोणपुरोगमा: । ससैन्या: सलिलात्‌ तस्मात्‌ समुत्तस्थु: सहस्रश:,फिर तो भीष्म-ट्रोण आदि समस्त राजा अपनी सेनाओंके साथ सहस्रोंकी संख्यामें उस जलसे बाहर निकलने लगे

Transliteration

tatas te pārthivāḥ sarve bhīṣma-droṇa-purogamāḥ | sa-sainyāḥ salilāt tasmāt samuttasthuḥ sahasraśaḥ ||

Translation

Entonces todos aquellos reyes—con Bhīṣma y Droṇa a la cabeza—junto con sus ejércitos, se alzaron de aquellas aguas por millares.
