Śrāddha-Kalpa: Pitṛ-Pūjā and Tithi-Phala (श्राद्धकल्पः पितृपूजा च तिथिफलम्)
शूलपाणेर्भगवतो रुद्रस्य च महात्मन: । गिरौ हिमवति श्रेष्ठे तदा भूगुकुलोद्वह
śūlapāṇer bhagavato rudrasya ca mahātmanaḥ | girau himavati śreṣṭhe tadā bhṛgukulodvaha ||
Dijo Bhishma: “Oh el más excelso vástago del linaje de los Bhṛgu: esto concierne a aquel tiempo en que, en la excelsa montaña Himālaya, el magnánimo Señor Rudra—Śūlapāṇi, el Divino que empuña el tridente—se hallaba allí, en el marco de su sagrada unión con la Diosa.”
भीष्म उवाच
