Transliteration

alobhakāmyayā devi tapasā ca śubhānane | prasanno 'haṃ varaṃ tasmād amaratvaṃ dadāmi te ||

Translation

«Oh diosa, oh de rostro hermoso: has renunciado a la codicia y al deseo egoísta. Complacido por tu austeridad, realizada sin ansia de recompensa, te concedo por ello un don: la inmortalidad.»
