Cows and Ghee as Supreme Purifiers
इदं गवां प्रभवविधानमुत्तमं पठन् सदाशुचिरपि मंगलप्रिय: । विमुच्यते कलिकलुषेण मानव: श्रियं सुतान् धनपशुमाप्तुयात् सदा
idam gavāṁ prabhavavidhānam uttamaṁ paṭhan sadāśucir api maṅgalapriyaḥ | vimucyate kalikaluṣeṇa mānavaḥ śriyaṁ sutān dhana-paśum āptuyāt sadā ||
Bhishma dijo: «Quien recita con regularidad este excelente relato sobre el origen y la recta comprensión del ganado, aun sin estar ritualmente puro, se vuelve amante de lo auspicioso. Queda libre de las impurezas propias de la era de Kali y alcanza de continuo prosperidad: hijos, fortuna, riquezas y ganado».
