Saudāsa–Vasiṣṭha on the Purifying Power of Cows
राघवो5पि प्रिय भ्रात्रे लकक्ष्मणाय यशस्विने । ऋषिभ्यो लक्ष्मणेनोक्तमरण्ये वसता प्रभो
rāghavo 'pi priya-bhrātre lakṣmaṇāya yaśasvine | ṛṣibhyo lakṣmaṇenoktam araṇye vasatā prabho ||
Bhīṣma dijo: «Incluso Rāghava, por amor a su querido hermano —el ilustre Lakṣmaṇa—, mientras moraba en el bosque, comunicó a los sabios ṛṣi lo que Lakṣmaṇa había dicho, oh señor».
