Vītahavya’s Attainment of Brāhmaṇya (Vītahavya–Vipratva) | वीतहव्यस्य ब्राह्मण्यप्राप्तिः
इति श्रीमहाभारते अनुशासनपर्वणि दानधर्मपर्वणि इन्द्रमतड्रसंवादे अष्टाविंशोडध्याय:
iti śrīmahābhārate anuśāsanaparvaṇi dānadharmaparvaṇi indramataḍrasaṃvāde aṣṭāviṃśo'dhyāyaḥ
«Así concluye el capítulo vigésimo octavo del Śrī Mahābhārata, dentro del Anuśāsana Parva, en la sección sobre el dharma de los dones, en el diálogo relativo a Indra y Mataḍrasa.» (Se trata de un colofón que marca el cierre del capítulo, no de un verso doctrinal pronunciado.)
