Aṣṭāvakra–Strī-saṃvāda: Dhṛti, hospitality, and a dispute on autonomy
प्रिया: स्त्रीणां यथा कामो रतिशीला हि योषित: । सहस्रे किल नारीणां प्राप्पेतेका कदाचन
priyāḥ strīṇāṃ yathā kāmo ratiśīlā hi yoṣitaḥ | sahasre kila nārīṇāṃ prāpyate ekā kadācana ||
Aṣṭāvakra dijo: «Así como el deseo es querido por las mujeres, y las mujeres por naturaleza se inclinan al amor y a la intimidad, del mismo modo—entre miles de mujeres—alguna vez se halla una que de veras se alcanza, una compañera rara y excepcional.»
