सत्कर्ता कुरुवृद्धानां पितृभक्तो महाव्रत: । जामदग्न्येन रामेण य: पुरा न पराजित:
satkartā kuruvṛddhānāṁ pitṛbhakto mahāvrataḥ | jāmadagnyena rāmeṇa yaḥ purā na parājitaḥ ||

वैशम्पायन उवाच
