अध्याय १६ — शङ्कर-उमा-वरदानम् तथा तण्डि-स्तुतिः (Śaṅkara–Umā Boon-Granting and Taṇḍi’s Hymn)
अयं ब्रह्मादिभि: सिद्धैर्गुहायां गोपित: प्रभु: । देवासुरमनुष्याणामप्रकाशो भवेदिति
ayaṁ brahmādibhiḥ siddhair guhāyāṁ gopitaḥ prabhuḥ | devāsura-manuṣyāṇām aprakāśo bhaved iti ||
Dijo Vāyu: «Este Señor Supremo ha sido ocultado en la cueva del corazón por Brahmā y por los sabios consumados, como si fuera con la intención de que no se manifestara ante dioses, asuras y seres humanos».
