सुव्रतः सुमुख: सूक्ष्म: सुधोष: सुखद: सुह्ृत् मनोहरो जितक्रोधो वीरबाहुर्विदारण:
suvrataḥ sumukhaḥ sūkṣmaḥ sudhoṣaḥ sukhadaḥ suhṛt | manoharo jitakrodho vīrabāhur vidāraṇaḥ ||
Dijo Bhīṣma: Él es de votos excelentes, de semblante benigno; sutil más allá de toda medida; de palabra noble y resonante; dador de felicidad; verdadero amigo de todos los seres por compasión sin causa.
