स्थण्डिले शुद्धमाकाशं परिगृह्म समनन््ततः: । प्रविश्य च मुदा युक्तो दीक्षां द्वादशवार्षिकीम्
sthaṇḍile śuddham ākāśaṃ parigṛhya samantataḥ | praviśya ca mudā yukto dīkṣāṃ dvādaśavārṣikīm ||
Mahādeva dijo: «Tras delimitar, sobre un suelo purificado, un espacio abierto y sagrado en derredor, y entrar en él con ánimo gozoso y disciplinado, debe asumirse la consagratoria iniciación del voto que dura doce años.»
