Śatarudrīya-prabhāva and Rudra’s Supremacy (शतरुद्रीयप्रभावः)
The verse uses nature as a moral-symbolic register: when dharma and right order prevail, the world appears harmonious and auspicious, as though even the seasons participate by offering beauty and abundance.
In Nārada’s narration, an extraordinary, auspicious scene is described: the seasons themselves seem to scatter marvelous flowers everywhere, functioning as a divine sign of благоприятность and cosmic harmony.
