ब्राह्मणपूजायां व्युष्टिः — Vyuṣṭi (Merit-Outcome) of Honoring Brāhmaṇas: Kṛṣṇa and Durvāsā
इस पृथ्वीपर जो भी चराचर प्राणी हैं, उनके पिता-माता, प्रभु और उत्पत्तिस्थान भी आप ही हैं ।।
iha pṛthivyāṃ ye kecid carācarāḥ prāṇinaḥ santi teṣāṃ pitā-mātā prabhuś ca utpatti-sthānaṃ ca bhavān eva. evaṃ no vismayakaraṃ saṃśayaṃ madhusūdana; tvam evāhasi kalyāṇa vaktuṃ vahnir-vinirgamam. madhusūdana, tava mukhād agneḥ prādurbhāvo ’smākaṃ evam atīva vismayakaro ’bhavat; vayaṃ saṃśaye patitāḥ. kalyāṇamaya śrīkṛṣṇa, tvam eva kāraṇaṃ vaktvā asmākaṃ saṃśaya-vismaya-nivāraṇaṃ kartum arhasi.
Bhīṣma dijo: «Todos los seres de esta tierra—móviles e inmóviles—te tienen solo a ti por padre y madre, por soberano y aun por fuente de su nacimiento. Por eso, oh Madhusūdana, este suceso asombroso nos ha arrojado a la duda. Solo tú, oh bienaventurado, puedes explicar la aparición del fuego. Oh Madhusūdana, la manifestación del fuego desde tu boca se nos ha mostrado como algo prodigioso; hemos caído en la incertidumbre. Oh bendito Śrī Kṛṣṇa, solo tú puedes declarar su causa y así disipar tanto nuestra duda como nuestro asombro.»
