Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
धारानिनादैर्विहगप्रणादै: शुभैस्तथा बूंहितैः: कुज्जराणाम् | गीतैस्तथा किन्नराणामुदारै: शुभै: स्वनै: सामगानां च वीर
dhārāninādair vihagapraṇādaiḥ śubhais tathā bṛṃhitaiḥ kuñjarāṇām | gītaiś tathā kinnarāṇām udāraiḥ śubhaiḥ svanaiḥ sāmagānāṃ ca vīra vīra |
Dijo Vāsudeva: “¡Oh héroe, oh héroe! Aquella región del bosque se volvía música con sonidos auspiciosos: el rumor de las cascadas que caían desde las cumbres, el dulce canto de las aves, el trompeteo de los elefantes, las nobles y encantadoras canciones de los Kinnaras, y los tonos bendicientes de los cantores del Sāma.”
