Śāṇḍilī–Sumanā-saṃvāda: Sat-strī-samudācāra and Pati-dharma
Conduct of the Virtuous Wife
Los sabios y los ascetas no podrán doblegarte».
Live joyfully while staying rooted in svadharma: cultivate well-being, practice generosity (dāna), and uphold sacred duty through yajña; such a life grants moral strength that cannot be easily overcome even by the learned or the austere.
Vyāsa offers exhortation and reassurance to a great sage-like listener, urging a balanced dharmic life—joy, growth, charity, and sacrifice—while promising that scholars and ascetics will not be able to subdue him.
