मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
प्राजापत्ये वसेत् पद्म वर्षाणामग्निसंनिभे | वह मनुष्य तपाये हुए सुवर्णके समान कान्तिमान् विमान पाता है और अग्नितुल्य तेजस्वी प्रजापतिलोकमें नृत्य तथा गीतोंसे गूँजते हुए देवांगनाओंके महलमें एक पद्म वर्षोतक निवास करता है
Bhīṣma uvāca: prājāpatye vaset padma-varṣāṇām agni-sannibhe | tatra kalpa-sahasraṁ sa kanyābhiḥ saha modate ||
Dijo Bhishma: «Habita en el mundo de Prajapati durante la medida completa de años llamada “padma”, radiante como el fuego. Allí, en medio del esplendor celestial, se regocija por mil kalpas en compañía de doncellas.»
