मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
वर्षासु वर्षतस्तावन्निवसत्यमरप्रभ: । वर्षा-ऋतुमें आकाशसे धरतीपर जितनी बूँदें गिरती हैं, उतने वर्षोतक वह देवोपम तेजस्वी पुरुष ब्रह्मलोकमें निवास करता है
varṣāsu varṣatastāvan nivasaty amaraprabhaḥ |
Dijo Bhishma: Mientras las lluvias sigan cayendo en la estación de las lluvias, por ese mismo lapso—medido en años iguales al número de gotas que descienden del cielo a la tierra en el monzón—ese hombre radiante, semejante a un dios, mora en el mundo de Brahmā (Brahmaloka).
