Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
तदावसेत् सदा प्राज्ञो भवार्थी मनुजेश्वर । मनुजेश्वर! अपनी उन्नति चाहनेवाले विद्वान् पुरुषको उचित है कि ब्राह्मणके द्वारा वास्तुपूजनपूर्वक आरम्भ कराये और अच्छे कारीगरके द्वारा बनाये हुए घरमें सदा निवास करे
tad āvaset sadā prājño bhavārthī manu-jeśvara |
Bhishma dijo: «Oh señor de los hombres, el sabio que busca prosperidad debe habitar siempre en una casa bien construida: una cuya edificación se haya iniciado debidamente tras el culto a Vāstu realizado por un brāhmaṇa, y que haya sido levantada por artesanos diestros.»
