तमर्ध्यादिभिरभ्यर्च्य भार्गव॑ं सोडसुराधिप: । निषसादासने पश्चाद्‌ विधिवद्‌ भूरिदक्षिण:

Transliteration

tam arghyādibhir abhyarcya bhārgavaṃ so 'surādhipaḥ | niṣasādāsane paścād vidhivad bhūridakṣiṇaḥ ||

Translation

Dijo Bhishma: Tras honrar debidamente a Bhārgava (Śukrācārya), hijo de Bhṛgu, con ofrendas como el arghya y otros ritos de bienvenida, Bali —señor de los Asuras, célebre por su generosidad— se sentó conforme al debido procedimiento. Cuando el preceptor tomó asiento, Bali también se sentó en su propio trono.
