उपदेशदोषप्रसङ्गः (Upadeśa-doṣa-prasaṅgaḥ) — The Risk of Misapplied Counsel
एवं सुबहुशस्तस्य शूद्रस्थ भरतर्षभ । सोडगच्छदाश्रममृषि: शूद्रं द्रष्ट नरर्षभ
evaṁ subahuśas tasya śūdrāśramaṁ bharatarṣabha | so ’dṛcchad āśramam ṛṣiḥ śūdraṁ draṣṭuṁ nararṣabha ||
Dijo Bhīṣma: «Oh toro entre los Bharata, aquel sabio fue muchas veces a la ermita del śūdra, deseoso de verlo. Después, con palabras amables y gratas, indagó acerca de las circunstancias de la llegada del śūdra. Desde entonces, ese ṛṣi, supremamente radiante, justo y firme en austeros votos, acudía repetidas veces a la morada del śūdra para encontrarse con él».
