Kaca–Devayānī Dialogue and the Curse on Vidyā
न्यमन्त्रयत चाप्येनां सा चाप्यैच्छदनिन्दिता । तौ तत्र सुचिरं कालमुभौ व्यहरतां तदा
nyamantrayac cāpy enāṃ sā cāpy aicchad aninditā | tau tatra suciraṃ kālam ubhau vyaharatāṃ tadā ||
Dijo Kaṇva: La invitó a aceptarlo, y ella también—irreprochable en su conducta—consintió. Allí, en aquel lugar, ambos vivieron juntos por largo tiempo, pasando sus días en mutua compañía.
