Duḥṣanta–Śakuntalā: Gandharva Marriage and Succession Condition
चक्रतुर्नामधेयं च तस्य बालस्य तावुभौ । दम्पती वसुषेणेति दिक्षु सर्वासु विश्वुतम्,उन दोनों दम्पतिने उस बालकका नाम वसुषेण रखा। वह सम्पूर्ण दिशाओंमें भलीभाँति विख्यात था
cakratur nāmadheyaṃ ca tasya bālasya tāv ubhau | dampatī vasuṣeṇeti dikṣu sarvāsu viśrutam ||
Dijo Vaiśaṃpāyana: Aquellos dos, marido y mujer, dieron también nombre al niño: Vasuṣeṇa. Así llegó a ser conocido en todas las direcciones.
